TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEDIA ACCREDITATION
Media access to the Street Car Super Stars, Muscle Car Cruises and Muscle Car Promotion Events are only valid for the duration of the events, between the hours of operation as stated on print media.
- Applicants must follow the directions given by event officials or NSW Police at all times.
- Applicants must wear a fluorescent vest at all times for safety reasons.
- Event management reserves the right to ‘common sense’ restrictions to media access during the events due to our contractual obligations with Street Machine Magazine.
- It is prohibited to film the event/s for commercial gain due to our contractual obligations with Disktech Digital.
- It is prohibited for media to encourage entrants do conduct bad behaviour (eg: burnouts).
- Venue permitting, we will have VIP parking for sponsors/traders, given space availability media participants are free to park here.
- WSID (Western Sydney International Dragway) Media application must be completed and returned to the address below (Muscle Car Promotions). As we (Muscle Car Promotions) have hired the venue, the use of staff and officials for an ANDRA sanctioned event, we shall submit the applications by a given date to WSID.
Indemnity (all media will be required to agree to the following terms)
I acknowledge and recognise that there are certain risks associated with motor vehicle events as supplied by Muscle Car Promotions. I understand there is a significant risk of physical harm, I may be injured, my personal/company property may be lost, damaged or destroyed whilst attending the cruise. The cruise is conducted on public roads therefore I accept my vehicle being road worthy and registered. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muscle Car Promotions, it’s staff, other event organizers, anyone associated within the business from all incidents, injuries, loss or damage sustained by me as a participant of the event. Motor sport is dangerous and that accidents causing harm can and do happen and may happen to me.
