Static display cruise departs Harry’s Cafe at Liverpool (proposed), to arrive via spectator gate, traffic directed to static display area as marked on pit map, to be parked by 9:00am.

08:00 Scrutineering to open for Pro outlaw classes
09:00 Static display all parked & in ‘lock down’ until 1700
09:30 Racer’s cruise cut off time, back into WSID
10:30 Qualifying to commence
13:00 2nd/3rd qualifying to commence
15:00 Racing commences (5 hours approx.)
16:00 Presentation for static display vehicles
Celebrity appearance for children – entertainment area
17:00 Static display vehicles are permitted to vacate WSID
20:00 Grudge racing commences
22:00 Finals of grudge racing & presentation

Parking

The venue directions will advise spectators on how to get to the spectator gate entry on Ferrer's Road, spectator is clearly visible once inside the premises.

WSID do have convenience parking available. This provides the closest possible parking for spectators, parking there costs $10.

Western Sydney International Dragway is located centrally in the Sydney Metropolitan area, just 32 kilometres west of the CBD, 12 kilometres west of the Parramatta CBD, 18 kilometres east of Penrith, 13 kilometres north-west of Liverpool, and 6 kilometres south-west of Blacktown, placing it at the heart of Sydney's population and closer to major population centres than any other track in the country. Within a 30 kilometre radius live 1.6 million people.

COMING FROM THE NORTH & WEST

Those traveling from the north and west should turn off the Great Western Highway onto Jack Brabham Drive, following this onto Ferrers Road around the northern and western boundaries of Eastern Creek Raceway (ECR). Immediately after passing the south western corner of ECR the drag strip will be visible in front of you. The first entrance is for Competitors. Spectators are to proceed 500 metres further along Ferrers Rd until they come to the Spectator entrance. Those coming from the west on the M4 Motorway should turn off at the Wallgrove Road exit, adjacent to the Australia’s Wonderland theme park. Turn left at the top of the ramp, proceed north to the Great Western Highway and turn right (east), and proceed 2 kilometres to Jack Brabham Drive, where you turn right.

COMING FROM THE SOUTH

Those approaching from the south should turn off The Horsley Drive onto Ferrers Road and follow the road north through a roundabout, and past the brickworks on the left. As the road crosses the water pipeline the drag strip will be visible in front of you. The Spectator entrance is on your right hand side.

COMING FROM THE EAST

Those approaching from the east should turn off the M4 Motorway at the Eastern Creek Raceway turn-off at Reservoir Road, turn right at the bottom, proceed north to the Great Western Highway and turn left (west), and proceed 2 km to Jack Brabham Drive, where you turn left. Following Jack Brabham Drive onto Ferrers Road around the northern and western boundaries of Eastern Creek Raceway (ECR). Immediately after passing the south western corner of ECR the drag strip will be visible in front of you. The first entrance is for Competitors. Spectators are to proceed 500 metres further along Ferrers Rd until they come to the Spectator entrance.
