This event is sanctioned by ANDRA, vehicles that run quicker than 12.0 & Bikes quicker than 10.5 must hold an ANDRA licence (log books will be required as per ANDRA rules, terms and conditions)

On the cruise route there will be no fuel stops, no support vehicles permitted and return to WSID by 9:00am (anyone who disobeys the rules will be automatically disqualified) and this will be monitored.

Entrants running radial front tyres must have radial rear tyres and that goes for cross plys, 2 plys etc...

Street Aspirated:

  1. Big block/small block naturally aspirated vehicles competing for street car superstar title.
  2. Must take part in event street cruise to qualify (see separate cruise rules)
  3. Racing on street slick/DOT approved tyres only. (must have ‘DOT’ on tyre by manufacturer)
  4. Open Fuel regulations
  5. Any Nitrous bottles must be removed from vehicle to qualify for this class.
  6. Vehicle must have current registration and third party insurance and present in roadworthy condition.
  7. Changes allowed upon arrival to WSID after cruise and prior to racing:
    • Removal of exhaust
    • Tyre change
    • Fuel change
    • Safety equipment (parachutes, wings, wheelie bars…etc)
  8.  Racing will be in a heads up style. Competitors will have 3 qualifying runs before eliminations begin to determine the class champion.

Street Assisted:

  1. Big block/small block assisted (mechanically/chemically) vehicles competing for street car superstar title.
  2. Must take part in event street cruise to qualify (see separate cruise rules)
  3. Racing on street slick/DOT approved tyres only. (must have ‘DOT’ on tyre by manufacturer)
  4. Open Fuel regulations
  5. Vehicle must have current registration and third party insurance and present in roadworthy condition.

  2. Eligible to compete for streetcar superstar crown as well as class awards.  
  3. Must take part in event street cruise to qualify (see separate cruise rules)
  4. Racing on street slick/DOT approved tyres only. (must have ‘DOT’ on tyre by manufacturer)
  5.  Open Fuel regulations
  6. Vehicle must have current registration and third party insurance and present in roadworthy condition.

  8. To qualify for Pro Outlaw bracket, vehicle must:
    • Vehicle must have a body style very closely resembling a factory production vehicle in appearance and dimensions.
    • Opening doors
  9. Racing will be in a ‘dial your own’ format. Competitors will have three qualifiers before eliminations begin to determine the class champion.
  10. Tow vehicle permitted.
